Don’t risk connectivity failures: The data center migration will happen on August 30, 2024, and traffic is being routed to the new data center now. If you haven’t already, you must finish preparing for the transition by implementing the required changes to your Production environment. You will experience connectivity failures as we continue to transition traffic to the new data center if your updates have not been made.

What You Should Know

We encourage you to test connectivity and file delivery in the J.P. Morgan Client Acceptance Test (CAT) environment. If you encounter an error when testing, please examine the verbose logs from your application to identify the issue.

To get started, follow the steps below using your preferred method of connection.

  4. Confirm receipt of the Message Disposition Notification (MDN) after you have sent files to the J.P. Morgan server.
