Corporate Card FAQs

Corporate Card is ideal for businesses looking to simplify their travel and entertainment expenses. Corporate credit cards can improve your organization's performance by increasing your purchasing oversight, helping reduce costs and streamlining your payment process, all while earning a rebate on your spend. Corporate Card programs can also be paired with Purchasing Card programs to assist with your accounts payable and procurement spend.

Use your cards to make business purchases on travel, goods and services. At the end of the contract period, you’ll receive a rebate based on your spend volume and your contractually negotiated rebate rates. Rebates are typically paid annually. You can combine your spend volume with other rebate earning card programs to maximize your rebate potential.

Yes. Companies with Corporate Card can add Virtual Card to create a combined program. Any spend on Virtual Card will contribute to the year-end spend total that determines rebate amount.

J.P. Morgan offers both centralized company billing and individualized cardholder billing.

J.P. Morgan offers corporate liability on our commercial card products with several liability options. Individual and joint aren't liability options aligned to corporate credit cards.

One Card FAQs

One Card consolidates spending into a single card program, which could be more convenient for employees, and provides a single set of spend controls for increased oversight. One Card users can also benefit from digitizing payments that might otherwise be done via check or personal card and monetizing spend via annual rebate. You can combine your spend volume with other rebate-earning card programs to maximize your rebate potential.

No, clients must select between rebates or rewards. Your specialist can offer guidance on the benefits of each program to help you decide which is best for your company.

Yes, you can have a One Card with rebates and a Virtual Card program, and any spend on a Virtual Card will contribute to the year-end spend total that determines your rebate amount. One Card with Rewards programs can’t be combined with Virtual Card programs.

No. There’s no minimum spend requirement to earn rewards. The One Card with rewards program lets clients earn one reward point for every dollar spent.

Program administrators can manage their One Card program using our online solution, PaymentNet®. Administrators can  manage card accounts, monitor and reconcile spend through reporting, view statements and make payments.

Redeeming points is simple and can be done anytime via the J.P. Morgan Corporate Rewards website.

  • Points earned in a monthly billing cycle become available for redemption at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
  • You can designate up to five authorized redeemers per central billing account, which can be easily set up in PaymentNet to redeem points as follows:
    • Access the rewards redemption website by logging into PaymentNet and clicking on the rewards balance.
    • Call Commercial Card Client Services at (800) 207-5359 for assistance with redemptions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Purchasing Card FAQs

A Purchasing Card, or p-card, is a type of corporate credit card designed to help companies maintain control over spending while allowing employees to make purchases up to a specified spend limit at approved vendors. P-cards can be used to purchase a variety of items and services, including office supplies, advertising expenses, shipping and events.

Our Purchasing Card program can enhance spending control, optimize the payables process and deliver long-term value for organizations. We recommend also having a Corporate Card program for employee travel and entertainment expenses.

A Purchasing Card offers opportunities for companies to benefit from revenue share through rebates offered by the card program’s bank. Businesses can use rebates for various purposes, including offsetting the costs of digital tools and other operating expenses.

Purchasing Card is well suited for managing procurement, accounts payable and everyday expenses, such as equipment, office supplies and other operational needs.

Yes. Companies with a Purchasing Card can add Virtual Card to their program. Any spend on Virtual Card will contribute to the year-end spend total that determines their rebate amount.

Virtual Card FAQs

Virtual Card is a digital accounts payable solution that helps businesses automate the disbursement and reconciliation of their payables. Virtual credit cards streamline payments and maximize working capital while also providing rebate opportunities.

Virtual Card serves as one component of a company’s payments strategy. Virtual cards can be used to pay multiple invoices at once, or for a one-time use, such as paying one month’s utility bill. Capturing spend on Virtual Card can help your business move away from manual and time-consuming payment options, such as checks.

Businesses can use virtual cards to help manage and automate their accounts payable.

Virtual Card is ideal for businesses looking to streamline their accounts payable. By using Virtual Card, your accounts payable team can submit their payables requirements electronically and automatically email payments directly to vendors, eliminating manual payment processing. Additionally, using Virtual Card enables companies to extend working capital and deliver rewards to the bottom line.

Yes. Virtual Card programs can be used as a standalone payables solution to help automate accounts payables. We recommend pairing Virtual Card with one or more of our plastic credit card programs to help your company maximize rebate earned.
