Redeeming points is simple, intuitive and can be done anytime using the J.P. Morgan Corporate Rewards website.

  • Points earned in a monthly billing cycle become available for redemption at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
  • You can designate up to five authorized redeemers per central billing account, which can be easily set up in PaymentNet to redeem points as follows; 
    • Access the rewards redemption website simply by logging into PaymentNet and click on their rewards balance.
    • Call the Commercial Card Client Services for assistance with redemptions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: 800-207-5359.

Use your cards to make business purchases—both travel and purchasing of goods and services. At the end of the contract year, your company receives a rebate based on the total spend on your cards during that contract year.

Yes, you can have a One Card with rebates and a Virtual Card program, and any spend on a Virtual Card will contribute to the year-end spend total that determines rebate amount.
