Jennifer Mosse is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer at J.P. Morgan Advisors, a division of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Jennifer brings more than 25 years of strategic implementation experience to her work on the leadership team of J.P. Morgan Advisors. This business unit encompasses more than 700 wealth management Advisors who support high-and ultra-high-net-worth clients in developing tailored wealth strategies, navigating personal milestones and planning for future goals.
Committed to ensuring the Advisor/client experience is as effective and efficient as possible, Jennifer leverages her wide-ranging and strategic background to bring an innovative approach to her role. She excels at drilling down to the nuts and bolts of an issue, redefining processes and prioritizing key areas of focus. Her point of view has been shaped by a career that stands apart from many COOs, enabling her to bring a fresh perspective to the firm.
Jennifer previously worked at Merrill Lynch, where she led the tactical implementation of several firmwide initiatives targeted at improving the ultra-high-net-worth Advisor and client experience. Previous roles include positions as a Project Leader on the Chief Operating Officer Strategy Team at Smith Barney and as a Team Consulting Lead Manager at The Cambridge Group, a boutique strategy consulting firm. She began her career in M&A at a hotel group, leading the acquisitions team to develop and implement turnaround strategies for dozens of hotels nationwide.
Jennifer holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University with a concentration in Strategy, along with a B.S. from Cornell University. She is passionate about supporting other women, especially those of Hispanic descent, and often gives of her time to mentorship. She is active in several of J.P. Morgan’s business resource groups, including Adelante, Advancing Hispanics & Latinos, and Women on the Move.
Born in Australia to Chilean parents of German descent, Jennifer grew up in a multilingual home and speaks English and conversational Spanish. She holds multiple passports and enjoys visiting family around the world. She lives in Port Washington, NY, with her husband and twin daughters, Mia and Kate.
