Head of Client Service, J.P. Morgan Advisors
Camille Giani is a Managing Director and the Head of Client Service at J.P. Morgan Advisors, a division of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As part of the J.P. Morgan Advisors senior leadership team, Camille oversees the Advisor Support, Banking and Middle Office Operations teams, with a focus on delivering best-in-class service for Advisors and their clients nationwide. She works with key partners across lines of business to develop effective, cross-channel service operating models and has been instrumental in establishing a cohesive strategy around the development and implementation of policies, procedures and training for the J.P. Morgan Advisors business.
Camille’s deep knowledge of the wealth management business, operational acumen and ability to lead cross-functional teams has made her a critical contributor to the alignment of business functions, communication across lines of business and oversight of new processes. Constantly innovating within J.P. Morgan Advisors while also modifying strategies across the broader business, her goal is to streamline the process for Advisors and their teams, making it easy for them to harness the power of the firm for each client’s individualized scenario.
Over a career spent primarily in wealth management client service, Camille has cemented a reputation as a problem solver who invites challenge and possesses an innate ability to execute. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2008 as a Client Service Manager, and since then, has held various leadership roles in the organization including Head of Business Management and National Recruiting Coordinator. Her leadership and engagement have been integral to the continued evolution of the J.P. Morgan Advisors business.
Camille launched her financial services career in 2004 in Lehman Brothers’ Private Investment Management division. She previously ran a boutique talent management firm representing legendary Broadway personalities including Tommy Tune, Eartha Kitt and Joan Rivers. Camille is a strong believer in supporting women in business and is a member of Women on the Move, a global, firmwide initiative working to empower female career growth. She recognizes the importance of building future leaders and gives of her time in mentorship and coaching to junior employees across the firm.
Camille and her husband, Scott, are the parents of two children, Ryder and Poppy. She plays an active role in the Sag Harbor community and is a lifelong Yankees fan who enjoys Broadway, culturally immersive travel experiences with her family, participating in her book club and playing Mah Jongg with friends.
