What to do if you suspect fraud

 

If you are worried that you might have inadvertently compromised your J.P. Morgan Markets user ID, it is important that you speak with your J.P. Morgan Client Service representative to inactivate your ID immediately. Find regional Help Desk numbers on the J.P. Morgan Markets logon page using Customer Care from jpmm.com.

You can help us investigate suspected fraud by forwarding suspicious emails you received to abuse@jpmorgan.com. You’ll receive an automated response to let you know we got the email. You may also want to report such emails to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
