For a smooth experience, we encourage you to check and update your user profiles:
- Check that you have a mobile number associated to your profiles. It’s important that you have one so you can receive the one-time PIN through your mobile device for a faster login experience.
- Update your password. It’s a good safety precaution to update your password regularly.
- Edit your security questions, as needed. You will be asked to answer your security questions if you will reset your password through our new self-service options.
In the new login page, allowing location services in your browser will register your device for future login attempts. If you use automation tools to access your application(s), you may need to update your scripting to account for the new two-step process.
