Shaunté Robinson:

Success starts with transparent communication on both sides. It starts with communicating all those things beyond the financial statements because you really want to know the businesses and the business owners, and that leads to great opportunity.

Michelle Buonfiglio:

We believe that we can really help our clients by understanding their business, how they operate, what their needs are. To make a banking relationship successful, it's really having that dialog.

Marvin Clark:

I would define it as one that is built on trust, open communication, authenticity, being able to have those hard conversations when you have to, but come in with the solution of how do I take you from point A to point B and navigate the risk and mitigants as part of that process.

Danielle Davis:

I think a successful relationship overall with any bank is, one: you have to know your numbers. So I tell businesses all the time, “I love your vision, but I can’t lend to you on vision. I can’t help you based off of vision.” I have to be able to translate that vision into a number and numbers overall in order for you to be able to scale and grow. Think about your clear commitment and what you what to happen and what you want from me to be able to make that happen. And then also just trust. You have to trust that I'm your advocate within the firm, really trying to find out who I can connect you with in order to help your business overall, and outside of the firm.
