Payments can be submitted in advance of the settlement date:
If you are unable to send ACH files via direct transmission, you can initiate through J.P. Morgan Access or Chase Connect.1
If you have same-day ACH credit and/or debit origination capabilities, submit ACH files to originate transactions of $1 million* or less on a same-day basis, in accordance with earlier cut-off times (except for Chase Connect).
For non-critical payments, consider delaying your payments until your access to ACH origination capabilities is restored or you can issue a check to your payee.
Deposit checks at your local branch or use Bank by Mail.

For emergency cash needs, you may be able to issue a check from your J.P. Morgan account or use a counter withdrawal slip to fulfill your cash needs.
To be eligible, your J.P. Morgan account must be enabled for cash (encashment), be active and funded, and have no cash withdrawal blocks on the account; additionally, all signers must be current and on the most recent signature card for the account.1
