Only 26 when he took the helm of Eleven Madison Park, American restaurateur Will Guidara would transform a struggling two-star New York City brasserie into the best restaurant in the world. Unreasonable Hospitality makes the case that all businesses can be hospitality companies when they deliver their products in a first-class way.
