By leveraging our employees' skills and passion, we are able to enhance our potential impact in the sector.  We are proud to be the inaugural sponsor of Grameen Foundation's innovative initiative, Bankers Without Borders – a program linking world class, private sector talent with the operating and strategic planning needs of the microfinance sector.  The firm is a sponsor of TechnoServe's Latin America business plan competition, supporting small and medium sized entrepreneurs focused on base of the pyramid markets.  In partnership with ACCIÓN USA, we provide financial literacy via a volunteer program for microfinance recipients.
