Chase Commercial Banking is comprised of seven businesses:

  • Middle Market Banking covers companies with annual revenues from $10 million to $500 million. We serve this market with more than 600 bankers and over 500 middle market service professionals to deliver the full spectrum of JPMorgan Chase offerings - from cash management and credit to investment banking and wealth management.
  • Commercial Term Lending provides owners and investors with term financing from $500,000 to $10 million on income producing multifamily (5 or more units), office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. We offer our clients an array of fixed and adjustable rate loan programs; with competitive interest rates, low loan fees and standard documentation. We also provide commercial deposit products and cash management services to companies and investors across the country.
  • Mid-Corporate Banking focuses on U.S. companies nationwide with annual sales over $500 million who require traditional banking services and are occasional users of investment banking products. Our competitive advantage comes from the unique way we cover this market. Through a partnership between our corporate bankers and J.P. Morgan investment bankers, Chase clients can access a complete set of financial solutions.
  • Real Estate Banking provides commercial banking services to investors and developers of residential for-sale housing, multifamily rental, retail, office, and industrial properties.Real Estate Banking provides loans, deposits and cash management services and, through product partners across the firm, can access expertise in a variety of financial services, including syndicated loan arranging, financial advisory, private debt and equity placement, and other investment banking activities. Our loan administration group services the firm's construction lending business.
  • Chase Business Credit is a leading national provider of highly structured asset based financing for an array of leveraged financing needs. The business' key strengths include asset based loan structuring, syndication, and collateral analysis. We are a full service provider with dedicated field examination, collateral monitoring and loan servicing support for both syndicated and sole lender transactions.
  • Chase Equipment Finance meets the needs of mid-sized companies and large corporations, financing a variety of equipment types, each structured to meet a company's tax, accounting or financing objectives. Vendor programs are also considered for leading capital and technology equipment manufacturers and software companies.
  • Community Development Banking distinguishes itself as a national leader in community development finance by providing loans, investments and community development services to meet the needs of low-and moderate-income households and communities across the United States.
